SIENA. Sono residente ai piedi del colle della battaglia di Montaperti. Questa sera siamo rimasti isolati a causa di un'esondazione sulla strada che porta al monumento della storica vittoria di Siena su Firenze, peraltro molto dissestata a seguito di anni di disinteressamento da parte del comune competente per territorio. La strada sino al 2007 era classificata ad "uso vicinale ad uso pubblico" ed attualmente, pur essendo stata declassata a "strada privata", ha mantenuto (per ovvi motivi essendo l'unica via di accesso al monumento in questione e quindi essendo meta di gite, manifestazioni, processioni, riti scaramantici, fioretti eccetera) l'uso pubblico.
Nel borgo di Montaperti abitano 18 persone fra cui 4 bimbi tra i 2 anni e mezzo e i 6 anni, alcuni anziani, di cui una invalida al 100%, e ad oggi anche una donna all'ottavo mese di gravidanza. Già nel 2005 si era verificata la medesima situazione con impossibilità per alcune persone di rientrare nelle abitazioni. In questi 3 anni tuttavia, a parte il declassamento suddetto, che ha di fatto determinato la deresponsabilizzazione del Comune da qualsivoglia obbligo legale attinente alla manutenzione e al rifacimento, nessuna concreta iniziativa è stata mai adottata.
