SIENA. "Continueremo a vigilare sulla situazione dei lavoratori della Cooperativa Zelig, che chiedono il rispetto dei loro diritti e delle adeguate condizioni contrattuali. Per ora accogliamo positivamente la notizia del mantenimento dei livelli occupazionali". E' questo il commento di Alessandro Trapassi, vicesegretario del Partito democratico di Siena che oggi (1° ottobre), ha incontrato i lavoratori del Santa Maria della Scala che stanno chiedendo chiarezza rispetto al loro futuro. Era presente all'incontro anche una delegazione del Partito democratico, composta da Giulio Carli, responsabile organizzazione Pd Siena; Luciano Cortonesi, capogruppo del Pd in consiglio comunale e Simone Petricci, vice capogruppo del Pd in consiglio comunale.
"E' stata una giornata – continua Trapassi – concitata e caratterizzata, oltre che dal sit in dei lavoratori, anche da alcuni incontri tra il sindaco di Siena, Maurizio Cenni, i sindacati e i rappresentanti dell'Associazione temporanea di imprese, aggiudicataria della gara di appalto. La Coop Zelig, anch'essa invitata non ha potuto partecipare agli incontri. Ci aspettiamo che dal confronto tra le parti sociali, le istituzioni e le aziende coinvolte si esca con il risultato che nessuno dei lavoratori coinvolti perda il posto. Per quanto riguarda le forme contrattuali, ci auguriamo che azienda e sindacati continuino, come hanno fatto fino ad oggi, a lavorare per trovare un accordo condiviso e sostenibile da ambo le parti. Il Pd continuerà a seguire costantemente la vicenda, intervenendo in ogni sede opportuna con tutti gli strumenti a disposizione, come abbiamo fatto nel corso dell'ultimo consiglio comunale, presentando un ordine del giorno che ha contribuito a dare una scossa ad una situazione che rischiava di rimanere bloccata".
