Lorella Santinelli, rappresentante del consiglio del II circolo scolastico, intervenuta contestualmente alla denuncia-richiesta di chiarimenti da parte di LiberaMente, interviene di nuovo precisando gli accadimenti. “Premetto che non ho interessi particolari nel rappresentare volontariamente un collegio scolastico, l'unica cosa alla quale mi dedico che riguarda il sociale è la scuola. Faccio parte degli organi collegiali del II Circolo didattico di Poggibonsi da 7 anni e per me l'importante e' il bene dei bambini ! non ho altri fini né politici, né economici e né di altra natura. Sembra proprio vero che oggi non si fa più niente per niente e sembra altrettanto vero che quando uno prende una posizione lo debba fare per forza a favore o sfavore di qualcuno! Il primo cittadino mi sembra abbia replicato in maniera un po’ troppo “vivace” quando io, per conto di alcuni genitori di alunni che dovrebbero frequentare il nuovo plesso scolastico, abbiamo richiesto di conoscere con esattezza se i nostri bambini potranno sedere sui nuovi banchi di scuola. Le mancate rassicurazioni e l’assenza di risposte che garantiscono la consegna del nuovo plesso hanno determinato il motivo dell’intervento pubblico. Già il 25 giugno 2008 in Consiglio di Circolo avevo posto al Dirigente Scolastico, Prof. Maria Grazia Di Iasio, una domanda ben precisa e cioè se avevamo la disponibilità della nuova struttura, se aveva già organizzato la distribuzione delle classi ecc.ecc. Dietro questa specifica domanda il Dirigente Scolastico ha risposto "che non è in possesso di nessuna documentazione tecnica relativa al nuovo plesso, che non è stato formalmente consegnato e che ha richiesto un sopralluogo congiunto all'ufficio tecnico per procedere alla stesura del documento di valutazione dei rischi e l'adeguamento e integrazione del piano di emergenza come previsto dalla legislazione vigente". Al di la delle dichiarazioni del Sindaco di fatto ad oggi il II Circolo non ha la disponibilità dei nuovi locali e dovendo avviare le varie procedure per l’inizio dell’anno scolastico si rischia davvero di non ricominciare nelle nuove classi ”.
Dal direttivo di Liberamente intanto si precisa: “Crediamo si debba solo pensare alla soluzione di fronte ad un problema oggettivo che si protrae ormai da settembre 2007 e crediamo sia reale la preoccupazione dei genitori, visto le tre precedenti mancate promesse di utilizzo della nuova scuola. A questo punto sembra però essere davvero poco chiaro di chi sia realmente la responsabilità diretta del ritardo di consegna e soprattutto se il plesso sia realmente disponibile. Intanto l’associazione LiberaMente, ha già richiesto al Comune tutta la documentazione necessaria che attesti la rispondenza dell’edificio dal punto di vista tecnico sollecitando contestualmente tutte le forze politiche nel presentare una interrogazione in consiglio comunale.”
